Delete your account and data
You can delete your Flourhands account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
The quickest way: in the app
Open Flourhands, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your account along with your recipes, saved recipes, cook history, household membership, and device tokens.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, or you want to make sure everything — including any photos you uploaded — is removed, email us from the address linked to your Flourhands account, with "Data deletion request" as the subject line.
Please include in your message:
- The email address associated with your account
- Whether you use Flourhands on iOS, Android, or both
What happens next
- We'll confirm your request by replying to the email address on your account.
- Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- You'll receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Flourhands has no payments, so there are no billing records to keep. We retain records only where the law requires it — see our Privacy Policy for details.
